IT-Traineeship

Working as a claims handler?

We offer a traineeship programme to become an expert in handling claims so you can start working for an insurer straight away. For this training, you need basic proficiency in the Dutch language (B2). We will help you on your way.

Finance Traineeship (in Dutch)
  • You are a refugee from your country of origin and now a status holder in the Netherlands. If you are interested in a traineeship in IT, you do not necessarily need to have professional experience or a relevant education, but a strong interest. Requirements for the traineeship are that you have a high-level education, bachelor or master, and that you have at least a B2 level in English and/or a B1 level in Dutch. Furthermore, we ask you to be eager to learn and motivated.

  • Candidates can apply by uploading a short motivation and their cv via the application link to the right. Suitable applications will be invited for an interview and a technical assessment. One month before the start of a traineeship, the 12 most suitable candidates are selected and informed about the programme.

  • Full-time availability is a strict requirement, namely 5 days on weekdays. The traineeships are mainly delivered online (remote), with a 1-weekly session at our Amsterdam office. The traineeships are completely free of charge for the Motopper, including travel expenses.

Briefly tell us who you are, why you are interested in the traineeship and why you think you are suitable to start this training programme. We also like to hear where you hope to be in your development in a few years’ time.

02 Update your cv

Make sure your (online) cv looks clean. Your cv shows what education you have done, and what work experience you have. Even if you were forced to do work below your level of thinking. You may also list your strengths and weaknesses and tell what your hobbies or interests are. If you already have professional knowledge, such as about specific software tools, tell us. There are all kinds of tips online on how to make a great cv.

Save your cover letter and cv as a pdf or other common format. On this website, select the vacancy or training course you are interested in and then use the application form there. The application form is linked to our secure candidate platform (Personio). Here you will also find the application forms for the other training courses. We require a few details from you in order to process your application properly. This is also where you upload your cv and motivation letter.
